Make the schedule work for your wedding
Give guests the right arrival time
List arrival separately from the ceremony so guests know when to be seated. Check the address, entrance and any parking instructions before sending your itinerary.
Keep operational details private
The editor’s Preview is set to Guest schedule. Review which events are visible to guests before making a guest link. Use a separate vendor link when the team needs the full plan.
Share the guest link
When the timings are ready, use Share in the editor and choose the guest version. Send that link rather than your editing URL. The guest view follows the event visibility choices in your timeline.
Wedding itinerary for guests questions
What should a wedding itinerary for guests include?
Arrival, ceremony, drinks, dinner, the main evening events and the finish are enough for this example. Guests do not need your preparation schedule, photo list or vendor instructions.
Will guests see the private planning details?
A guest share link includes only events marked visible to guests. Preparation and operational transitions are hidden by default. Review visibility after adding or editing events, and choose the guest share option rather than the vendor version.
Is this a wedding weekend itinerary?
This template covers one wedding day. For a weekend celebration, provide separate information about your welcome party, accommodation, transport and any next-day plans.
Can I download or print this template for free?
Yes. Download CSV provides the schedule as a spreadsheet file. Print / Save PDF opens your browser’s print dialog. Neither requires creating a timeline. To edit the schedule, choose your wedding date and select Create my timeline.
