LuvKards Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of LuvKards ("LuvKards", "the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

LuvKards allows you to create personalized playing card collages using your photos. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the collages you create for personal purposes, gifts, and social media sharing.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases to unlock premium features such as high-quality collage downloads. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• One Download: A consumable purchase that grants one high-quality collage download.
• Unlimited Downloads: A one-time purchase that grants unlimited high-quality collage downloads forever.

All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the photos and content you use within the App. By using the App, you confirm that you have the right to use any photos you import. We do not claim any rights over your content.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, icons, and branding, is the intellectual property of LuvKards and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
