LuvKards ("LuvKards", "the App") is developed and operated by Armir Bahtiri ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Photos and Media

The App accesses your device's photo library only when you choose to add photos to your cards and collages. All photo processing happens entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to any server.

Purchase Information

When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage purchase validation and entitlements. RevenueCat may collect:

• Anonymous device identifiers
• Purchase history and transaction receipts
• App usage data related to purchases

We do not collect your name, email address, or payment details. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple.

2. How We Use Information

• Photos: Used solely on your device to create cards and collages. Never transmitted externally.
• Purchase data: Used to verify your purchases, grant access to premium features, and restore purchases across devices.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with:

• Apple: For processing in-app purchases through the App Store.
• RevenueCat: For purchase validation and entitlement management. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy .

4. Data Storage and Security

Your collages, cards, and photos are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any servers that store your personal content. Purchase records are maintained by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Revoke photo library access at any time through your device's Settings.
• Delete the App and all locally stored data at any time.
• Request information about data collected via RevenueCat by contacting us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
