Privacy notice
Signals is designed so your WhatsApp message text and contact identities do not need to leave your device. This notice explains what crosses that boundary and why.
Your WhatsApp export
The export is parsed locally in your browser. Lovecation receives a content-free visualization profile containing daily and hourly message totals for neutral participants a and b, the artwork names you approve, and only the emoji totals you explicitly choose. It does not receive message bodies, quoted text, WhatsApp contact names, phone numbers, links, media, or emoji context.
Voice message and transcript
Your voice message is stored as a private encrypted object and sent to OpenAI to prepare an editable transcript. OpenAI API data is not used to train models by default; under its default policy, content may be retained in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days. We store the approved transcript and voice message so the purchased Reveal can be replayed.
Payment, production and delivery
Dodo Payments processes checkout. Supabase stores the minimized project record, AWS stores the private voice message, and Resend delivers the locally produced PDF as an email attachment. The final PDF is not stored in S3. Lovecation manually reviews the artwork before delivery.
Retention and deletion
During the initial pilot, Lovecation reviews and removes abandoned drafts and checkouts manually. The approved transcript and private voice message remain while the purchased Reveal is active. You can request deletion of the Reveal and its stored files at any time through the contact page.
